At NEOwell, our mission is to empower families by providing the tools, education, and support needed to navigate the complexities of their unique journey with confidence.
Recognizing the challenges many parents face in feeling prepared to care for their infant, we are committed to ensuring a seamless transition home, equipping families with the knowledge and reassurance they need during this critical time.

Services We Offer

Complimentary initial consultation. Services are provided in-person, by phone, or virtually.

PRIOR TO BIRTH

Private or group, virtual classes.
Classes are one hour and can be tailored to your prenatal diagnosis.
Topics include: General NICU Education, What to Expect in the First Hour, Lactation in the NICU, Developmental Milestones, and Preparing for Discharge.

$50 per class ($225 for a package of 5 classes)
IN THE NICU

Unlimited text and phone support for questions related to your baby’s daily progress, lactation, and discharge preparation.

$100 per month for unlimited texting or phone support
AFTER DISCHARGE

Continued unlimited text and phone support related to your baby's progress after discharge.
In-home services: Pre-discharge home preparation, In-home feeding support, On-call resource, Durable medical equipment trouble-shooting, and Breastfeeding support.

$100 per month for unlimited texting or phone support. $150 per hour for in-home services.
